Another powerful way to apply immersive environment techniques is with point-of-view learning. By bringing a gamified eLearning platform in the classroom, we’re able to offer students a comprehensive approach to learning. We get to meet the students where they’re at – particularly important for literacy teaching given the wide level of reading and writing skills – and thereby support them from their point-of-view. This learning platform, with a 360 degree VR scenarios, focuses on knowledge checks and assessment, helping the teacher find out where the student needs most help in. Point-of-View learning supports a data-driven dashboard that identifies trends that point to key weaknesses for learning modification.
In point-of-view learning design, we create a gamified learning platform, embedded the learning content and stories in VR scenes to attain the learners point of view reaction. This learning environment also allows learners to collaborate and exercise critical decision-making and problem-solving skills during a lesson or activity. The addition of a gaming approach reinforces the understanding of key information by.
Important to test such models with learners and educators, to determine the effectiveness, usability, and feasibility of the platform in conjunction with meeting measurable behavioral learning objectives that drive the outcomes of instruction.
